SIZING & FIT
How do I know what size to get? Each product page includes specific sizing notes for that style — check there first. Great Works pieces vary by design and construction, so we always recommend reading the fit notes before ordering.
Do you carry extended sizes? Most styles run S–2XL. Availability varies by product — check the size selector on each product page for current options.
What if I'm between sizes? Check the fit notes on the product page. When in doubt, feel free to reach out at info@greatworksclothing.com and we'll help you find the right fit.
PRODUCT CARE
How do I care for my Great Works gear? Most pieces should be machine washed cold, inside out, and tumble dried low. For mineral wash and garment-dyed pieces, hang dry is recommended to preserve the finish. Always check the care instructions on the individual product page.
Will the graphics crack or fade? Our graphics are printed to last, but proper care makes a difference. Always wash inside out and avoid ironing directly on the print. High heat is the enemy of any screen print — keep it cool and your gear will hold up.
How do I care for mineral wash pieces? Turn inside out, wash cold, and hang dry when possible. Each wash will slightly evolve the mineral wash finish — that's normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Do you do custom orders for churches, events, or organizations? Yes. We work with churches, ministries, events, and organizations on custom apparel runs. Whether you need branded tees for your team, event merch, or ministry gear — we can help bring it to life.
What is the minimum order for custom work? Our minimum is 12 units per design.
How long does a custom order take? Standard production time is approximately 1 week after artwork is approved. Larger orders or complex designs may require additional time — we'll give you a clear timeline upfront.
How do I get started? Fill out our Custom Order Intake Form and we'll be in touch within 1–2 business days to discuss your project.
