1. Service Overview
The Household Safety Net is a managed cybersecurity and digital hygiene service designed for residential environments. This service focuses on automated threat mitigation and foundational privacy hardening for up to four (4) primary user devices.

3. Response Times & Labor

Billable Labor: Manual troubleshooting, on-site visits, or hardware repair are not included and are billed at the prevailing hourly rate ($100/hr).
4. Exclusions

Costs for physical hardware (routers, new PCs, cables) are the responsibility of the Client.

Physical installation of hardware is not included unless specifically quoted as a separate project.
5. Client Authorization
Client authorizes Great Works Technology (GWT) to install management agents and security software on specified devices and to modify DNS settings on residential networking equipment to ensure protocol compliance.
