1. Service Overview
The Technical Concierge is a premium, white-glove managed service providing active architecture, data sovereignty, and priority support. This tier is designed for individuals requiring high-availability systems and personalized technical oversight.

3. Specialized Terms

Additional Labor: Beyond the included 1 hour, additional labor is billed at a discounted Concierge rate ($85/hr).
4. Compliance & Privacy
GWT maintains strict confidentiality regarding client data accessed during backup audits or support sessions. Remote access tools will be used exclusively for authorized support missions and maintenance.
5. Client Authorization
Client authorizes GWT to manage data backup flows, install management agents, and maintain priority remote access for the purpose of high-availability system maintenance.
