Returns

We are happy to accept returns on apparel and accessories within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

  • Rejected Refunds: If the item is not in its original condition, or if the return is outside of the 30-day window, your refund will be rejected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at orders@grtwrx.com. We will require a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. Upon verification, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

We process and prepare orders very quickly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for printing and shipping by Printful.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

Final Sale Items

We do not accept returns on any items marked for "final sale"
