Shipping policy

Thank you for your order! We are committed to getting your products to you as quickly as possible. Please note that our products are shipped from different fulfillment centers, which means if you order more than one type of item (e.g., a t-shirt and a protein powder), they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Fulfillment & Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 4-8 business days after the order is placed. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to watch for those!

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly from the carrier's website. If you've ordered multiple items, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Important Notes

  • Split Shipments: Due to our use of multiple fulfillment partners, it is very common for orders with multiple items to be sent in separate packages. You will receive a tracking number for each package.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

  • Customs & Import Taxes: For international orders, customs and import taxes may be charged upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
