TERMS OF SERVICE: GREAT WORKS TECHNOLOGY (GWT) & CLOTHING (GWC)

OVERVIEW

Welcome to Great Works! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GRTWRX LLC (doing business as Great Works Technology and Great Works Clothing). GRTWRX LLC operates this store and website to provide professional-grade technology solutions, cybersecurity managed services, and curated apparel (the “Services”).

By visiting our site or purchasing a product or subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access the Services.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT SECURITY

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

SECTION 2 - THE MISSION: OUR SERVICES & PRODUCTS

Great Works operates two distinct divisions under GRTWRX LLC:

  • Managed Technology (GWT): Provides technical environments, security stacks, and advisory services. Specific deliverables are defined by your subscription tier (Safety Net vs. Concierge).

  • Apparel (GWC): Provides physical goods. We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 3 - SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING (GWT)

  • 90-Day Intro Pricing: If your technology subscription includes introductory pricing, you acknowledge that the rate will automatically standardize to the full professional rate after 90 days.

  • Recurring Billing: Technology subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis until cancelled.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & RETURNS (GWC)

  • Shipping: Title and risk of loss for physical clothing items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

  • Returns: Returns and exchanges for GWC items are subject to our specific Refund Policy.

SECTION 5 - SERVICE DEPLOYMENT & ACCESS (GWT)

  • Authorization: For technology services, you grant us permission to install security agents (e.g., SentinelOne), configure network settings (e.g., NextDNS), and perform maintenance on your authorized devices.

  • Performance: We are not liable for delays in service deployment caused by Client hardware incompatibility or lack of remote access.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS (THE STACK)

GWT provides access to enterprise-grade tools (SentinelOne, NextDNS, Backblaze) as part of our Services. These are provided "as is" by the respective vendors, and your use constitutes acceptance of their specific End User License Agreements (EULA).

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, designs, and the "Hardened by Design" methodology are the intellectual property of GRTWRX LLC. Use of Great Works Services or purchase of GWC apparel does not grant you a license to reproduce or distribute our proprietary materials.

SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (THE SHIELD)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. GRTWRX LLC is a provider of resilience and risk mitigation, not an insurer.

  • No Warranty: We do not guarantee that technology services will be 100% error-free or prevent all cyber-attacks.

  • Liability Cap: In no case shall GRTWRX LLC, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, or claim exceeding the total amount paid by the Client to us during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

SECTION 9 - TERMINATION

You may terminate your technology subscription at any time with thirty (30) days' notice. Upon termination, we will deactivate all security agents and network filters. We are not responsible for any incidents occurring after deactivation.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
